What’s it all about?

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VC&A) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. The France & Belux Consulting Practice within VC&A provides consulting and solution services for Visa’s issuer, acquirers and merchants in the France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

The team is looking for a Consultant to join our strategic consulting practice and play a role developing high impact projects for Visa’s clients in the region. This role is delivering and implementing projects and solutions and will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth.

What we expect of you, day to day.

1. Be part of the team delivering consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagement by identifying potential opportunities with large banks-financial institutions.
2. Identify solutions and actionable insights that will help clients to grow their portfolios.
3. Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., sales and solutions, marketing, sales, risk, innovation, products) and across global regional teams.
4. Produce insights, analyses and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, and provide strategic guidance for client priorities.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience at a large management consulting firm or similar role at Banks-FIs, with proven project deliveries and expertise in consulting methodologies.
2. Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance with a focus on impacting ROI.
3. Ability to solve business problems through data-driven methodologies and proficiency in leading-edge analytic and business intelligence tools.
4. Technology mindset, curious, up-to-date with digital trends and applications.
5. High intellectual capability evidenced by strong analytical skills.
6. Excellent spoken and written command of French and English.
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
8. Strong Business Acumen and Business Analysis Skills.
9. Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
10. High levels of integrity and business ethics.
11. Willingness to travel where required.
12. Willingness to maintain professional development.
