You integrate into the transaction team and participate in the life of the agency. Your daily life is exciting, punctuated by diverse and varied tasks. In the field, you discover and closely follow the projects of owners and future owners.
You are in constant contact with the inhabitants to be identified as the real estate reference in your sector.
You discover the life projects of the people you meet and then accompany them in the realization of their projects, whether they are buyers or sellers.
You perform estimates, constitute and ensure the follow-up of a qualitative stock of properties for sale, evaluate the needs and financing capacity of buyers to provide them with the best support and show them properties that match their expectations. Then you ensure the negotiation and administrative and legal support between the parties to achieve the final sale of the property.
Through your professionalism, you ensure the satisfaction of your clients every day, offering them the best service ever delivered by any other real estate organization from discovery to completion of their projects (and beyond)!
