A leading luxury boutique is seeking a Boutique Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves sales, inventory management, and customer relations, requiring experience in retail operations, particularly within luxury goods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Retail operations, preferably in luxury goods.
• Pleasant and well-groomed appearance.

Description du poste

This position is responsible to assist the Manager on ensuring smooth daily operations in the Boutique, and providing efficient services to all guests professionally as a customer-focused role. Reporting directly to the Store Manager and indirectly to the Operations Manager, this position will be situated in TWG Tea Boutique and is required to follow the weekly duty roster as planned out by the Store Manager.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for offering friendly and efficient services to all guests
• Promote and sell full range of TWG Tea products to customers and to perform demonstration of products
• Attend to customers’ needs and enquiries, and process orders to ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
• Brand knowledge and maintaining image of TWG Tea
• Ensure the presentation of the Company's products in the shop (showcases, promotion of new items);
• Assists in set-up and clear down of TWG Tea boutique operations
• Receiving, checking and replenishing inventory of goods and supplies
• Handling of Point-Of-Sale system and reporting of take-in cash while on duty
• Assist with customer relations, including the amicable resolution of any disputes with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Retail operations, preferably in luxury goods industry
• Pleasant and well-groomed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on and customer-focused role, hence we require someone with drive, efficiency and assertiveness
• High initiative and positive attitude
