Job Overview: As a Sr. Project Manager, you will work directly with our customers, building positive relationships through a consistent and driven dedication to client satisfaction. You will strategically define business processes, lead various implementation projects, be responsible for iCIMS project team members, and facilitate organizational change for clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Delivers exceptional customer service to all Clients (clients, vendors, and internal resources).
  2. Leads Implementation and Professional Services Projects of new and existing iCIMS Customers.
  3. Leads Implementation projects of the largest and most complex variety.
  4. Confirms initial Statement of Work (SOW) and partners with cross-functional teams to adjust as necessary.
  5. Assists with the development and management of project scope, issues, and customer concerns while continually setting client expectations.
  6. Responsibilities may include setting of optimization strategy, supporting multi-phase roll-outs, and handling of complex data migrations and integrations (HRIS, Background, Assessment, and others).
  7. Support various Data Connections between iCIMS and 3rd party vendors (via CSV, XML, Web Services API methods).
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  9. Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations, conducting meetings, and delivering presentations.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management.
  2. Business proficiency in both English and French.
  3. Ability to effectively partner with customers across many industries, at all levels of a client's organization, while providing a high level of customer service.
  4. Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and upper management to impact decision-making.
  5. Understanding of SaaS and the fundamentals, processes, and terminology of HR Tech and Recruiting functions.
  6. Ability to identify systems requirements, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  7. Strategic analysis / creative problem-solving and business judgment.
Preferred
  1. Experience in Software Development or Technical Support preferred.
  2. TA / HR Tech experience preferred.
  3. Prince2 certification or other industry-specific certifications preferred.
