Qualifications

• Fluent in French or higher fluency to serve a diverse customer base.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers; anticipate needs and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized sales environment with presentation standards.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap.
• Support Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick-Up, and ship-from-store orders to create a seamless omni-channel experience.
