Une entreprise d'assurance recherche un Conseiller Commercial Référent pour développer sa clientèle à travers la vente de produits d'assurance et financer des solutions personnalisées. Le rôle implique l'animation de la force de vente et la prospection de nouveaux clients, avec un fort accent sur la satisfaction client. Ce poste est destiné à un professionnel avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience avec de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et une passion pour le service.

Additionally, you have at least 5 years of continuous experience as a field salesperson in personal insurance, with proven prospecting skills.

Your Environment:

As a commercial advisor, you are attached to our regional management in Angers. You will join a team of 3 people supported by a nearby manager and industry experts.

Your Daily Activities:

In an itinerant activity near your home, you will develop and retain your clientele by marketing our life insurance, provident, and financial investment products.

Your Missions:

You are recognized as a professional reference for professionals and companies, and as such:

  • You support, train, and animate commercial advisors and/or general agents in this market.
  • You engage with prescribers like chartered accountants, lawyers, professional organizations through training and participation in meetings.

You will seek new clients through targeted prospecting and build your network of prescribers.

You will develop referrals by advising and retaining clients with personalized solutions that adapt to their evolving lives.
