Job Details:

• Location: Marseille, accessible by public transport (Castellane stop).
• Contract: Fixed-term contract from late August to late October 2025.
• Flexible hours: 35h, 37.5h, or 40h per week, as preferred.
• Benefits: Meal vouchers (€9/day), 60% covered by the company, company health insurance, participation bonus, CSE benefits.

Your Responsibilities:

After comprehensive initial training, your manager will welcome you to the agency and support you daily. Your missions include developing and maintaining a network of nannies:

• Pre-select candidates by phone,
• Conduct face-to-face interviews,
• Assign childcare shifts,
• Support nannies throughout the service duration.

Your recruitment activities are face-to-face, while other responsibilities are mainly conducted over the phone.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bac+2 diploma, eager to gain experience in a rewarding role. Ideally, you have recruitment experience and familiarity with children (e.g., early childhood animation, being a parent, diploma in early childhood, or working in a nursery).
