Une grande entreprise de télécommunications en Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur cherche un(e) vendeur(se) diplômé de 16 à 25 ans ou un demandeur d'emploi pour contribuer au développement des ventes et garantir la satisfaction client. Le poste inclut une formation de 200 heures sur 13 mois. Les personnes avec un diplôme élevé en vente ou une expérience significative ne sont pas éligibles.

Qualifications

• Avoir entre 16 et 25 ans ou être demandeur d'emploi inscrit.
• Formation de plus de 200 heures pour le CQPT.
• Pas de diplôme élevé en vente ou expériences significatives en vente.

About the role

Within an Orange store, you will contribute to sales development in the areas of fixed, mobile, internet, and multi-services, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will provide customers with a unique experience that is human and digital.

Under the responsibility of the store manager:

• You welcome the customer and establish a lasting trust relationship.
• You listen, understand the customer, and are interested in their usage habits.
• You create value at each customer contact and manage the omnichannel customer journey.
• You promote our digital services to the customer.

• You diagnose customer needs and demonstrate products and services.

About you

We are looking for a team member (aged 16 to 25 OR job seekers registered with Pôle Emploi without age limit) to join our team as a sales associate in an ORANGE store.

To obtain the professional title CQPT (Telecom Professional Qualification Certificate), you will benefit from a training of over 200 hours over 13 months.

Not eligible:

• High school diploma in sales, STMG, BTS (MCO, NDRC, sales…), DUT TC, Bachelor or Master in Commerce/Sales.
• Significant recent experiences in sales, insurance, banking, real estate, or telecom are not eligible.
