We are seeking an organized and responsive individual to manage all installation projects related to closure systems such as automatic pedestrian doors, industrial doors, and metal shutters. As a Construction Supervisor, you will join our 'New Installations' team at the Marly agency, covering the Lorraine sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and organizing worksites in coordination with clients and regional project managers.
2. Managing material supplies.
3. Planning teams and schedules.
4. Supervising and monitoring project execution.
5. Managing subcontractors.
6. Closing out projects.
7. Ensuring safety regulations are followed on-site.

Ideal candidates will have technical training in aluminum carpentry and/or electrical engineering, with experience in second-fix construction sites, or be technicians/aluminum carpenters/locksmiths seeking to advance to a supervisory role. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, rigor, and the ability to handle unforeseen issues are essential. A valid driving license (Permis B) is required.
