We are looking for a talented architect who brings both creative vision and technical understanding, to help shape the early design direction of projects and support construction teams with smart, buildable solutions.

Job Summary

This is a hybrid creative–technical role. You will lead concept designs, prepare visual presentations and renders, and support on-site construction by providing intelligent solutions when structural or detailing questions arise. You should have a strong sense of design, a solid grasp of how buildings are built, and a desire to create standout architecture in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare conceptual architectural designs for internal and client projects

Create compelling 3D visualizations, renders, and presentations (SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or similar)

Collaborate with directors on project vision, form, materiality, and layout strategies

Interpret design briefs into sketches, 3D models, and mood boards

Assist site teams when architectural issues arise during construction, offering solutions based on design and structural logic

Consult on load-bearing structure questions, waterproofing, façade design, and roofing transitions

Work closely with engineering and interior design partners to ensure smooth integration

Help manage drawing revisions, markups, and coordination with drafting team

Support in value engineering, where needed, without compromising the design intent

Coordinate with suppliers to propose finishes, details, and materials during design phase

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering

3+ years experience working in high-end residential or hospitality projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray)

Ability to create quick, clear concept sketches and 3D massings

Strong understanding of construction systems, load-bearing structure, and waterproofing principles

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Passionate about design, creativity, and construction

Based in Bali or willing to relocate
