Your responsibilities
- System Development: design and implement robust computer vision algorithms and pipelines for multiview human estimation and tracking using Rust and C++.
- Prototyping: build and validate prototypes in Python to test new algorithms and ideas.
- Optimization: profile and optimize code for performance, ensuring low latency and high efficiency in real-time environments.
- Research: stay updated on the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning, applying state-of-the-art techniques to improve system capabilities.
- Testing and Debugging: perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure reliability and scalability of the tracking system.

Preferred Experiences
- Experience: 2-3 years in computer vision and real-time systems.
- Programming Skills: proficiency in Rust and C++ for production code, and Python for prototyping and rapid development.
- Multiview Tracking: strong expertise in multiview geometry, camera calibration, and 3D reconstruction.
- Pose Estimation: experience with 2D/3D human pose estimation algorithms and their applications.
- Knowledge: solid understanding of linear algebra, computer graphics, and image processing techniques.
- Collaboration: excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Version Control Expertise: proficient in using Git for version control.
- Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Background in AI-based re-identification systems and temporal data processing.
- Experience with thermal imaging and advanced camera setups.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Docker environments for computer vision workflows and familiarity with Nix or similar build systems for reproducible and efficient software environments.
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining GitHub Actions workflows.
- Python binding experience with maturin for Rust and pybind11 for C++.
- Experience in the audiovisual industry, such as working as a lighting designer, video engineer, or sound engineer, with a deep understanding of the technical and creative requirements for live events, performances, and immersive installations.
