Within the Finance Department, reporting to the Real Estate Accounting Team, you will join a team of 5 people. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring SCI entities, including a FIA with monthly NAV calculations, with potential to work on others as needed.
- Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including NAV calculations, inventory entries, and provisions.
- Managing and controlling property management operations performed by external property managers for properties in France and abroad.
- Accounting for operations related to SCI activities (capital increases, dividends, current account calls, property acquisitions).
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax packages using CTU tools.
- Responding to auditors and financial controllers.
- Calculating and filing various tax declarations (VAT, CRL, CVAE, Corporate Tax).
- Performing various reporting tasks.
- Participating in process improvements and standardization.
Your profile:
You hold a higher education qualification in accounting such as DCG or DSCG and have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the real estate sector.
You are familiar with real estate accounting and tax principles.
You have excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and ideally experience with Altaix, Oracle FA, and SAP BFC.
You demonstrate good organizational and planning skills.
You work well in a team environment.
This position is based at our headquarters in Bois-Colombes, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic group.
