Job Description:

ATALANTE CONSULTING is seeking a candidate for one of its clients, a Syndic de copropriétés. The firm is an independent property manager involved in property management, rental management, and real estate transactions.

Position: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT (H/F)

Type: CDI - NEUILLY SUR SEINE 92

Reporting to the accounting manager, you will be responsible for the accounting management of a portfolio of rental and copropriété lots.

Main responsibilities in Rental Management Accounting:

  • Regularization of rental charges, annual indexing
  • Cash receipts and disbursements
  • Invoice entry
  • Rent billing
  • Management of calls
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Account rendering
  • Preparation of rental income statements
  • Monitoring of renovation files

Main responsibilities in Co-ownership Accounting:

  • Managing a portfolio of buildings with a few lots
  • Invoice coding
  • Interim account reconciliation, verification of expenses, pending accounts, and work accounts
  • Entry of fees and honoraria
  • Updating address change files
  • Handling accounting correspondence, emails, and faxes
  • Preparation of 'états datés'
  • Preparation of accounts for general meetings
  • Post-approval accounting updates from the manager
  • Issuance of reminders and formal notices
  • Transmission of formal notices for legal procedures
  • Account verification with the co-owners' council members
  • Handling calls from co-owners and suppliers and processing requests

Profile:

You have a background in accounting or management and at least 5 years of successful experience in rental and co-ownership accounting with an ADB.

You are autonomous, organized, and possess good interpersonal skills.
