As the Senior Portfolio Team Lead for Flexcity France, your role is divided in:

1. Project Management and Expertise - 50%
   - Secure and optimise operationally and financially our assets portfolio, through different grid services, while managing associated risks.
   - Support Flexcity's growth by collaborating with the pre-sales central product teams, and other external stakeholders (TSO).
   - Support knowledge creation and diffusion on ancillary grid services and asset participation.
2. Business Development & Account management - 35%
   - Support the Sales team in the business development effort with technical and financial analysis.
   - Support in client relationship management.
   - Identify new opportunities.
3. Mentoring - 15%
   - Keep a strong sense of collaboration and partnership within the portfolio team, and between the team and other departments of Flexcity.
   - Support the onboarding of new junior team members.
   - Support the team of portfolio managers in their growth and learning in Flexcity.

Portfolio management is a crucial responsibility at Flexcity, as Portfolio Managers constantly valorise the current portfolio on the different markets as well as keep an important relationship with our asset owning partners. The responsibilities of the portfolio team include:

1. Manage continuous flexibility delivery of our portfolio.
2. Follow the service delivery.
3. Performant daily pricing and bidding, according to the internal bidding strategy.
4. On-call duties, first responders in case of alarm or incident.
5. Reporting - Customised and automatic report, dashboarding management.
6. New asset onboarding.
7. Pre-sales backtests and presentations.
8. Client settlements.
9. Relationship with:

• Flex providers (Account Management shared with Sales).
• TSO, suppliers and other partners.

Hard Skills
- Fluent in French and English.
- Solid foundation in the energy sector, preferably electricity markets, backed by over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally well versed in Ancillary Services.
- Familiar with the network balancing services and the regulation of the electricity sector in France, even though knowledge in other EU countries will be taken into account as well.
- Knowledge in the Google Cloud Platform and Python environment is a plus.
- Project management & leadership experience.
