Description

Our client, in a phase of growth, is looking for a General Accountant (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) based in LEVALLOIS PERRET (92).

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the main responsibilities will include:

• Data entry, control, and validation of supplier invoices
• Reconciliation and control of invoices / delivery notes, investigation and validation of discrepancies with the Purchasing department
• Analytical imputation
• Monitoring schedules, processing payments (Euros and currencies)
• Follow-up on reminders, payment rejections, and supplier disputes
• Matching, account analysis, and supplier account management

Participation in closing entries

Contract:

• Permanent contract, framework agreement, RTT
• Remote work allowed
• Salary: €35,000 - €38,000
• Meal vouchers

Profile

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Versatility, autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills
