Qualifications

• Expérience de plus de 3 ans en comptabilité AP au sein d'une entreprise.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais, français un plus.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et rigoureuse.

Responsabilités

• Traiter les factures fournisseurs via l'outil de dématérialisation.
• Participer aux clôtures mensuelles.
• Gérer les paiements fournisseurs et maintenir les données des fournisseurs.

About the role

Vestiaire Collective is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Accounts Payable Team in Paris, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will be responsible for the financial accounting of several entities within Vestiaire Collective.

What you will do

• Process supplier invoices via the dematerialization tool
• Post supplier invoices
• Review, analyze, and reconcile supplier accounts
• Maintain supplier master data in the accounting system
• Manage supplier payments and send payment details
• Participate in monthly closings

Note: These responsibilities may expand depending on the projects of the AP department.

Who you are

• BTS in accounting or equivalent qualification
• Over 3 years of experience in AP accounting within a company
• Experience working with OCR and ERP systems
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; French skills are a plus
• Autonomous, responsible, and motivated
• Organized and rigorous
