Ayvens is seeking an experienced Deal Flow Compliance Coordinator – KYC to join its Group Compliance framework. You will act as a subject matter expert on complex KYC cases, support governance, and mitigate financial crime, sanctions and ESG risks across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in KYC/AML, strong knowledge of sanctions and anti-corruption regulations, and fluency in English. A Master's degree in Law, Finance, Audit or Risk Management is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in KYC, AML, Compliance, or Internal Audit.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-corruption regulations and international frameworks.
  • Experience with sanctions/PEP screening, adverse media, and complex ownership structures.

Responsabilités

  • Review high-risk KYC files escalated by Ayvens entities, assess AML/CFT and sanctions risks.
  • Advise local Compliance teams on due diligence, sanctions, PEP investigations and corporate ownership structures.
  • Escalate complex compliance matters to Société Générale Group and support decision-making.
  • Ensure local KYC practices align with Group Compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce management reporting, dashboards and insights for governance committees.
  • Identify emerging compliance risks and recommend mitigations and control enhancements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and compliance training across the Group.

What are you going to do?

As our new experienced Deal Flow Compliance Specialist – KYC, you will play a key role within the Group Compliance framework, ensuring compliance with Société Générale Group requirements and applicable national and international regulations. You will act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex and high-risk KYC cases, supporting the organization in mitigating financial crime, corruption, sanctions, ESG and

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Reviewing and validating complex and high-risk KYC files escalated by Ayvens entities, assessing risks related to AML/CFT, anti-corruption, sanctions, ESG and reputational exposure.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to local Compliance teams by providing guidance on due diligence reviews, sanctions and PEP investigations, and complex corporate ownership structures.
  • Serving as a key escalation point to Société Générale Group on complex compliance matters and supporting decision‑making processes.
  • Ensuring alignment of local KYC practices with Group Compliance standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Producing management reporting, dashboards and insights for governance committees and senior stakeholders.
  • Identifying emerging compliance risks, incidents and trends, while recommending mitigation and control enhancements.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, training programs, awareness activities and optimization of Compliance processes across the Group.
Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has the analytical expertise and stakeholder management skills required to assess complex compliance risks in an international environment. You are a seasoned Compliance professional who can confidently navigate challenging KYC cases, provide expert guidance to stakeholders, and contribute to robust governance and risk management practices across multiple jurisdictions.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Master's degree in Law, Finance, Audit or Risk Management.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Financial Crime Prevention or Internal Audit.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, fraud, anti-corruption regulations and international sanctions frameworks.
  • Proven ability to analyze sanctions and PEP screening results, adverse media findings and distinguish genuine risks from false positives.
  • Solid understanding of complex KYC investigations, ownership structures and corporate hierarchies.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and decision‑making skills, with the ability to communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications; VBA knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English is required.
