Qualifications

• Expérience dans un cabinet d'avocats international ou dans un département juridique ou de conformité d'une banque d'investissement.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais à un niveau C2, à l'oral et à l'écrit.

Responsabilités

• Suivre les actualités juridiques applicables à la finance et à la banque d'investissement.
• Former les employés sur la législation via des communications écrites et des formations live.
• Fournir des conseils juridiques sur l'application des textes juridiques.
• Contribuer aux projets de mise en œuvre des réformes législatives.

Job Description:

• Follow the legal news applicable to the finance and investment banking (CIB) professions;
• Raise awareness and train compliance and business line employees on new legislation through written communications and live training;
• Update the policy corpus under the responsibility of the team;
• Provide legal advice on the interpretation or application of legal texts applicable to CIB trades;
• Contribute to projects implementing legislative reforms within the institution.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• Higher education in business law or banking and financial law; CAPA certification is a plus;
• Experience in an international business law firm or in a legal or compliance department of an investment bank;
• Proficiency in financial law and finance and investment banking;
• Excellent communication skills, good listening ability, rigorous, analytical, synthetic, motivated by teamwork;
• Fluent in English (C2 level), both oral and written.
