Compliance officer - regulatory reporting (F/H)

You join the market compliance team as a compliance officer dedicated to regulatory reporting topics. Your daily tasks are:

• Collaborate with global markets, front office and front-end operations staff for the development and ongoing maintenance of an improved targeted governance and operating model for regulatory reporting;
• Monitor and integrate legislative/regulatory developments into different regulatory reporting;
• Effectively assess new provisions for non-financial regulatory reporting and interpret changes to ensure effective implementation of delivery systems;
• Monitor daily the transactional reporting flows, especially on Mifid II / EMIR / SFTR and monitor the front-office activity in collaboration with operations.

You participate in supporting the Natixis compliance program by developing policies and procedures for new and ongoing business initiatives. You develop guidelines and prepare training documents, support IT initiatives, participate in audits and special projects.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

You have a higher education and at least 5 years of experience in similar positions.

You are proficient:

• European and international regulatory issues.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

• Rigorous;
• Curious.

You master English with a C1 level.
