Description du poste

Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills :

Proven experience in compliance risk management and/or fraud control in technology companies, both in-house and from consultancy firms, preferably international entities.

Operational knowledge in one or several of the following areas: General compliance, Financial Crime, International Sanctions, Risk Management, Data Privacy, or Fraud Control.

Excellent communication skills at all levels, including the capacity to explain complex legal topics concisely in simple operational terms to non-compliance colleagues.

Proven work ethic, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional, international, and collegial corporate culture.

Self-motivated, creative, and autonomous.

Positive mindset, collaborative work style, and team-building orientation.

Language skills : Full professional proficiency in English.

AXA's Management Committee is driving a strategic initiative, AXA Digital Commercial Platform (DCP), to transform AXA's value proposition. Through AXA DCP, we aim to serve clients and partners via an evolving business model focused on risk prediction, prevention, and management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing annual compliance risk assessments across AXA DCP.
  • Reporting to management and ensuring follow-up on any risk variations.
  • Leading and developing expertise in data privacy, security, AI, new technologies, IT services, cloud, and networks.
  • Aligning compliance risk assessments and fraud control procedures with European regulations, group standards, and internal policies.
  • Leading the fraud office, designing monitoring procedures, investigation methodologies, and reporting protocols.
  • Escalating risks, proposing remediations, and designing operational solutions with business units.
  • Collaborating with Internal Audit for high-risk investigations.
  • Providing guidance and regulatory direction for new processes or controls.
  • Supporting business teams to minimize operational risks with sound judgment.
  • Working closely with risk and data privacy officers to ensure operational alignment.
  • Driving results through cross-functional collaboration with COO, finance, IT, and other departments.
