An established industry player is seeking a Compliance Officer to join their dynamic team in Paris. This role involves managing compliance risk assessments and leading fraud control initiatives to ensure alignment with European regulations. Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills :
Proven experience in compliance risk management and/or fraud control in technology companies, both in-house and from consultancy firms, preferably international entities.
Operational knowledge in one or several of the following areas: General compliance, Financial Crime, International Sanctions, Risk Management, Data Privacy, or Fraud Control.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, including the capacity to explain complex legal topics concisely in simple operational terms to non-compliance colleagues.
Proven work ethic, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional, international, and collegial corporate culture.
Self-motivated, creative, and autonomous.
Positive mindset, collaborative work style, and team-building orientation.
Language skills : Full professional proficiency in English.
