Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to document-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Manage and maintain company documentation and records in an organized manner.
  • Assist in formatting and updating company documents such as procedures, reports, and manuals.
  • Ensure proper storage and accessibility of all documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support document-related activities.
  • Conduct periodic audits to assess document control effectiveness.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of document management and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent grammar and written/oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
