The Compliance Manager will develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with governmental regulations, customer requirements, specifications, policies, processes, and procedures of the company. The incumbent will provide expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and customer guidelines to assure compliance and work directly with operating entities to ensure that processes and requirements are well implemented, controlled, and audits are conducted continuously as specified to enforce requirements and meet expectations.
The individual will manage the compliance team by providing work direction for compliance supervisor(s), compliance engineers, and compliance technicians, and interact regularly with operation manufacturing, organization, commercial, and service functions to establish compliance standards.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Provide supervision and implement all production activities following Avery Dennison’s Corporate Standard towards safety in order to produce high-quality products to satisfy customer demand for product quality with the lowest price and shortest delivery time.
