Job summary

Santen seeks a Manager, Compliance Business Partner for France and Benelux to ensure ethical practices and regulatory compliance. Based in France, you will act as the primary compliance contact for affiliates and functions, guiding cross-functional teams and strengthening a culture of integrity across EMEA.

You will oversee TOV transparency, ABAC controls, and contract reviews, while supporting local committees, global policies, and annual compliance plans.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Compliance.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of European and international pharmaceutical regulations (EFPIA/IFPMA).
• Understanding of HCP/HCO/third party compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance guidance and risk management support to France & Benelux business teams.
• Review and approve business interactions, engagements and contracts, including HCP-related activities.
• Advise stakeholders on compliance risks and appropriate mitigation measures.
• Promote ethics and integrity through awareness initiatives and training.
• Coordinate transparency reporting and publication of Transfers of Value (TOVs).
• Support local Compliance Committees and cross-regional stakeholders.
