Vous soutiendrez la mise en œuvre du programme d'Éthique & Compliance, participerez aux enquêtes internes et aiderez à la mise à jour des procédures. Qualifications

  • Avoir un Master 2 en compliance/Business Ethics ou équivalent.
  • Expérience initiale dans un rôle similaire (stage ou premier emploi).
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais à travers des études ou une expérience professionnelle internationale.

Responsabilités

  • Soutenir les équipes PwC dans la mise en œuvre du programme d'Éthique & Compliance.
  • Participer à des enquêtes internes et mettre à jour les cartes des risques.
  • Engager des interactions avec les régulateurs locaux si nécessaire.

Associate Risk & Quality

Reporting to the Ethics & Compliance Leader of PwC France & Maghreb, you will support PwC teams in designing, deploying, and monitoring the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program, particularly the anti-corruption measures and ethics alert system.

The E&C program covers topics such as:

  • Anti-money laundering and terrorist financing,
  • Anti-corruption,
  • Anti-competitive practices,
  • Prevention of conflicts of interest and insider trading,
  • International sanctions,
  • Ethics alerts and internal investigations.

What you can expect from us:

  • Updating risk maps and implementing action plans,
  • Designing and monitoring communication, awareness, and training initiatives,
  • Developing and updating program components (code of conduct, alert procedures, practical guides, due diligence procedures, etc.),
  • Engaging with local regulators if needed,
  • Participating in internal investigations,
  • Supporting operational teams in their responses to service offers, consultations, and bids related to E&C,
  • Participating in annual reporting of actions taken,
  • Implementing second and third level compliance controls,
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments.

What we expect from you:

  • A Master 2 in compliance/Business Ethics or equivalent, with initial experience (end-of-study internship or first job) in a similar role (ideally in a company, a Big4, or a regulator),
  • Reactivity, dynamism, and rigor,
  • Excellent command of IT and office tools,
  • Strong interpersonal skills,
  • Good writing skills and fluency in English demonstrated through studies or international professional experience,
  • Discretion,
  • Proactivity and intellectual curiosity,
  • Ability to work independently to successfully complete tasks and satisfy internal clients.
