Amazon Transportation Services has built a world-class Middle Mile operation, relying on an exceptional pool of carriers committed to meeting customer expectations. TRC seeks a Compliance and Risk Analyst to audit Amazon Middle-Mile carrier partners’ compliance with contractual and legal requirements and foster a culture of compliance internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will have strong audit experience, preferably in transport, capable of conducting carrier audits across different business models, identifying compliance risks, and proposing mitigation solutions. They should produce detailed audit reports for carriers and business teams, possess excellent attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and soft skills for stakeholder management and trust-building with carriers. Autonomy and team spirit are essential.
