Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND relevant years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience
  • Fluent in French (A) and Business and Technical English (B1+)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical pre-sales, consulting experience; certifications such as Microsoft 365 Security Administration, Azure Security, CISSP, CCSP, IAAP, etc.
  • Knowledge of Data Security and Compliance systems, DLP, eDiscovery, labelling, architectures, Zero Trust concepts
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and compliance standards
  • Passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and professional growth
Responsibilities

We seek a passionate, experienced technical specialist to help solve complex Compliance and Data Security challenges, enabling customers to modernize their security architecture, control information lifecycle, and ensure compliance. Join our team for growth and development opportunities.

As a Security Technical Specialist, you will lead technical sales efforts, act as a trusted advisor, and work with cutting-edge security concepts such as Data Security, DLP, Labelling, Data Governance, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, and Microsoft Purview. You will coordinate internal, partner, and consulting resources to demonstrate solutions, win technical decisions, and help achieve revenue targets.

Your role includes planning, technical presentations, demos, Proof of Concepts, workshops, and staying updated on technical and industry trends. The role offers flexibility to work up to 75% from home.

  • Serve as the primary technical contact during sales, driving technical wins
  • Deep understanding of cloud Data Security architectures and Microsoft solutions

  • Develop strategies to improve clients’ security posture and tailor Microsoft messaging
  • Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and architecture design sessions
  • Support cross-workload security solutions and align technology with customer needs
  • Engage with internal and external teams, support partner scenarios, and scale solution delivery

Additionally, evangelize Microsoft Security through speaking engagements, articles, webinars, podcasts, and white papers.
