About the Role

We are looking for a Compensation & Equity Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Head of People Experience and working alongside our Sr. Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining competitive compensation and equity programs across multiple countries such as the US, Canada, France, and Serbia. You will play a key role in promoting Gorgias' compensation philosophy by administering, supporting, and developing compensation programs and practices that support fairness, market competitiveness, and compliance across our global workforce.

What You'll Do

  1. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure Gorgias' compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with our compensation philosophy alongside our Sr. Compensation Analyst.
  2. Support cyclical compensation programs including promotions, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analyses.
  3. Partner with Finance and Legal teams to administer and maintain equity programs including stock option grants and employee equity transactions.
  4. Assist in the development of total rewards policies and guidelines that align with Gorgias' business goals.
  5. Provide compensation analysis and guidance to HRBPs and leaders on salary adjustments and promotions.
  6. Support the annual compensation reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Who You Are

  1. 3 years of experience in compensation and compensation benchmarking tools, equity administration, or total rewards, preferably in a global tech company or consulting firm.
  2. Knowledge of compensation and equity practices in North America and Europe.
  3. Experience with equity programs including stock options and RSUs.
  4. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with HRIS and equity management software is a plus.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People teams.
  7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  8. High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a hybrid fast-paced environment.
