Une entreprise dynamique recherche un expert local pour mener des recherches sur la compensation des talents vocaux en France. Le candidat idéal a une excellente maîtrise du français, des compétences en communication en anglais et sera en charge de collecter et analyser des informations sur les tarifs horaires et les pratiques d'achat. Ce poste à court terme nécessite entre 15 et 30 heures de travail à un tarif compétitif de 30 USD de l'heure.

Qualifications

  • Fluence native en français requise.
  • Connaissance de l'industrie des talents vocaux souhaitée.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.

Locale Expert - Voice Talent Compensation ResearchProject Overview:We are conducting global market research to understand voice talent compensation norms and expectations. This project will involve gathering information on hourly rates, buyout structures, and emerging trends in the voice talent industry across various global locales.Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Locale Expert to conduct research on voice talent compensation within France. You will be responsible for reaching out to local studios, voice talent agencies, and industry experts to gather pricing information and insights into the current market dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local voice talent landscape and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Conduct research within France to determine current voice talent hourly rates and buyout practices for various media, including but not limited to narration, advertising, and potentially AI use cases.Gather information on pricing differences between union and non-union talent, where applicable.Identify emerging trends in voice talent compensation within the locale.Compile findings into a clear and concise report.Communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal) with the project lead.Required Skills and Experience:Native-level fluency in French.Business proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).Familiarity with the local voice talent industry, potentially as a voice talent, in casting, studio operations, or related fields such as media transcription or international language operations.Strong research and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.Preferred Background:Individuals with experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas would be highly suitable:Voice-over artistryAudio production or studio managementCasting for voice talentMedia transcription (e.g., transcribing audio for various media)International language operations (e.g., translation, localization project management)Project Duration:This short-term contract position is estimated to require between 15 to 30 hours of work in total, spread across a preview cycle and final delivery.Compensation:USD 30.00 per hourTo Apply:Interested candidates who meet the requirements are invited to apply with their resume and a brief statement highlighting their relevant experience and language skills.
