JOB DESCRIPTION
Airswift has been tasked to find a qualified and experienced COMPANY Representative to oversee the fabrication and delivery of Subsea Flowline End Terminations (FLET) and In-Line Tees (ILT).

- Location: Sardinia, Italy (Residential)
- Start Date: 01/09/2025
- Duration: 1 year (renewable annually up to early 2028)
- Project: Deep & Shallow Water Development
Job Purpose:
The selected Service Provider will act as COMPANY Representative for the fabrication and delivery of Subsea Flowline, End Terminations (FLET) and In-Line Tees (ILT), ensuring all activities are performed in strict compliance with company’s HSE standards, quality requirements, and project schedule. The role will be based at the Contractor's worksite in Sardinia, Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
HSE & Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with COMPANY's HSE policies, procedures, and site instructions.
- Supervise HSE activities of Contractor and Subcontractors, ensuring risk assessments, tool-box talks, and safe work practices are effectively conducted.
- Enforce compliance with approved HSE documentation and support execution of HSE initiatives led by the CPY Subsea HSE Lead.
- Demonstrate exemplary HSE behavior and enforce STOP WORK policy as required.
- Promote COMPANY's Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Program.
Work Supervision & Quality Assurance:
- Supervise and control fabrication activities related to FLET / ILT ensuring compliance with CPY and project specifications.
- Monitor and verify all inspection activities including NDT/NDE, dimensional checks, cleanliness, and other quality control measures.
- Verify contractor's readiness prior to inspections: equipment certification, personnel qualifications, approved procedures, JRA/TBT completed, and tool calibration.
- Participate in and document inspection steps; sign off control documentation and monitor corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Manage resolution of quality issues in collaboration with contractors, ensuring minimal impact on delivery schedule.
- Approve and review Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) and ensure timely issue of dispatch dossiers.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Liaise with CPY Delivery Lead, Subsea HSE Lead, Welding Lead, and Quality Lead.
- Coordinate activities requiring third-party involvement (e.g. COMPANY inspectors or other CPY contractors).
- Ensure alignment and clear communication among all involved stakeholders.
- Provide weekly reports on progress, quality, and HSE performance.
Technical Oversight:
- Monitor and assess Welding and Welding Qualification Programs.
- Oversee Testing Program, ensuring equipment/tooling are suitable and procedures followed.
- Ensure the qualification and testing schedules do not negatively impact the overall UFR schedule.
- Ensure readiness of equipment for subsequent ITP steps post testing/inspection.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Degree and/or Master's in Engineering or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Certifications: QC certifications are an advantage.
- : Fluent in English; Italian or French is a plus.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 20 years in engineering/project execution.
- Subsea Experience: At least 15 years working on subsea structures and offshore fabrication projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Subsea structure fabrication, testing, and delivery.
- Quality regimes and manufacturing sequences.
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), integration testing, stack-up testing, and site receipt inspections.
