Description du poste
Overview

As a Community Sales Assistant with Lokal Homes, you will play a critical role in supporting the new home sales process for our award winning Colorado sales team. This role will assist our onsite Community Sales Managers with sales coverage, administrative details and follow up with customer leads. Successful completion of our onboarding program can result in promotion to a Community Sales Manager role. Must be flexible on schedule but will have consecutive days off during the week while providing sales center coverage for our team. A real estate license is NOT required to sell new homes in Colorado or for this position. The Community Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering an unrivaled customer experience to every Lokal Homes buyer and team member.


What You Will Do Each Day In This Role


  • Greet visitors and provide information on the new home community

  • Understand the features, benefits and pricing of Lokal communities

  • Follow up and update prospect information in the company’s CRM, Lasso

  • Take deposits and set appointments as needed for onsite sales team

  • Ensure model homes and sales offices are in best condition for prospect visits

  • Learn the sales contract process

  • Provide updates to buyers in backlog via phone and email

  • Attend community meetings and weekly sales team meetings

  • Position will rotate between Denver area Lokal new home sales communities

New Home Sales Experience is not required but ambition to promote to full time onsite Community Sales Manager role is a priority. High end sales or hospitality experience a plus.


Salary and Benefits

Position has starting annual base salary of $60,000 plus bonus of up to $500 for each home sale that you assist with. Full time role with excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and 401k available.
