6 months, Paris based (remote work possible)

We are looking for an experienced freelance Community Manager to collaborate with us on one of our main social accounts, UGG in Europe.Over the past 2.5 years, we have been accompanying the brand with growing their Instagram account, through a fully renewed content production and social media management strategy, resulting in +49% organic follower growth, +264% engagements per post, +219% reach per post.

The Community Manager is at the heart of this success, ensuring the account runs smoothly from content strategy and management all the way to day-to-day account activity. We are looking for someone whose brain only works in Internet culture references, who loves spending hours responding to brand tags, and who is as meticulous about the spelling of product names as they are about the curation of their For You -page.

Their core responsibilities?

  • Content Management : Managing the posting calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery. Organising and managing content received from the brand. Overseeing the roadmap overall and ensuring timely posting.
  • Copywriting : Writing copy for all social content, making sure all correct tags and product names are included.
  • Community Management : Engaging with our audience and tagged content, responding to comments and fostering a positive community environment to continue building an active brand community on socials.
  • Content Production : Supporting in content production on IRL activations and Quick Strikes across key cities (story takeovers, street ITWs, ...).
  • Content Strategy : Developing content roll-outs for IRL activations, including talent recommendations and content ideation (under my supervision).
  • Performance Tracking : Assisting in tracking social media metrics and weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting.

What we're looking for :

  • 2+ years of experience in community management on international social accounts (ideally including big brands in fashion / beauty / sports / lifestyle)
  • Native English levels
