This position is only available fully remote within a +/- 2hr time difference with Paris.

Team

Join a small, fast-moving team building The Almanac, a smart puzzle app designed to sharpen your mind and cut through brain rot. With elegant logic challenges, it’s a daily ritual for tens of thousands of players. You’ll help grow its voice, community, and cultural reach.

Role

As Cortex’s first Community Manager, you’ll own our social presence and player community. Your goal is to make The Almanac a brand people talk about and return to every day. You’ll create engaging content, manage our social channels, and act as the bridge between our players and the dev team, surfacing insights, feedback, and trends to help improve the product.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow The Almanac’s social presence across TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin and Whatsapp.
  • Create, post, and manage daily content (videos, memes, updates, challenges)
  • Engage directly with players to foster a positive and active community
  • Monitor sentiment, identify recurring feedback, and share actionable insights with the dev team
  • Collaborate with product and design to align content and communication with updates and events
  • Support QA and product iterations by channeling user feedback effectively
  • Develop a distinct tone and brand voice that reflects The Almanac’s mission: smart, elegant, and human
