WeWork is hiring a Community Associate to be the welcoming face of the building and support the Community Management team. You will greet members, assist guests, and help run events that foster a collaborative atmosphere.

You will also assist with daily building operations, mail handling, and facility tasks to keep the site running smoothly. A four-year degree is preferred, with hospitality and strong communication skills highly valued.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk Management: be on-site contact, greet members, sign-in guests, answer questions, and manage the front desk during business hours.
• Events & Engagement: promote events, track attendance, and connect members with activities and services.
• Building Operations: manage mail, keys, and day-to-day facilities tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
