Scope

We are looking for a dynamic apprentice willing to join our Internal Communications & Change Team to support all related internal communications, change management, and engagement activities of Ingenico.

You will work directly with the Communications & Change team to help foster business transformation globally and will interface with all levels of the organization. You will be fully integrated into the team and contribute to specific projects related to change management, culture, and engagement initiatives impacting the organization.

Responsibilities

• Help create and execute internal communication plans worldwide, ensuring timelines and optimizing channels
• Support planning and execution of global people engagement initiatives and programs, aligned with the global communications agenda (Learning initiatives, D&I activities, HR calendar events, etc.)
• Participate in creating materials and resources to help employees navigate and embrace organizational changes
• Contribute to developing communication materials that articulate our vision, values, and strategy, ensuring alignment with our culture and brand
• Develop targeted communications and engagement initiatives for French offices in collaboration with local committees (HR, Marketing, Facilities)
• Coordinate internal communication channels such as emails, intranet, webinars
• Create accurate content for internal communication channels, following approval processes in both French and English
• Assist in organizing online seminars, including defining agenda, structure, and logistics at global and regional levels
• Create engaging communications to convey key messages across channels
• Ensure consistent tone of voice in internal and external messaging, working with the Marketing team

Profile

You are studying marketing, communication, or HR at a Business School or University and are seeking a 1- or 2-year apprenticeship starting in September/October.

You are fluently bilingual in French and English.
