Job Description:
Within the Group Transformation and Programs Office (GTPO) department, your goal will be to contribute to global communication, strategy, and the development of the Morphe’Us project (events, newsletters, surveys…). Join us as a communication officer in a work-study program for our largest non-therapeutic program!
- Communication: Create content such as articles, newsletters, videos, and presentations. Promote the program across the organization via the intranet and other existing communication channels.
- Event Management: Contribute to defining events, particularly sponsorship activities: content, list of speakers, etc. Organize, coordinate, and participate in logistics. Define and deploy associated communication strategies.
- Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor the overall Morphe’Us communication plan. Plan and analyze communication actions, track performance, and generate recommendations for improvement.
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 2) specializing in communication. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry and in project environments is appreciated.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Project management skills
- English: C1 level (advanced operational proficiency)
- Skills in graphic design and video editing
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Analytics, Google Forms, Microsoft Teams, SurveyMonkey
