Opella is seeking an Intern Communications Assistant to support the Global Manufacturing & Supply communications network. You will help craft content for social media, newsletters, and intranet, while developing multimedia assets.

The role requires strong English and French editorial skills, and proficiency with Adobe Suite and Canva. You will collaborate across teams to drive engaging, consistent communications projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Communications or Journalism.
• First professional experience in communications or marketing.
• Strong editorial skills in English and French.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Canva).
• Demonstrated project management skills would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to editorial content for social media channels, monthly newsletter and intranet.
• Create and edit video and graphic content for coms campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and collect inputs.
• Be involved in the Site visitor journey project with the M&S communications network.

About the job:Join us as an intern Communications Assistant within our Global Manufacturing & Supply community at Opella. You will participate in building editorial and digital communications strategies for our industrial network, playing a key role in building the global Opella story. Reporting to the Manufacturing & Supply Communications Lead, you will partner with internal stakeholders, including the Corporate Communications team and the Site Communications relays, to support the content creation for our social media channels and intranet. The ideal candidate combines a background in communications with a passion for digital tools and brings strong writing and project management skills.Key Responsibilities Contribute to creating the editorial content for our social media channels (Yammer, LinkedIn), monthly newsletter and intranet. Create and edit video and graphic content for the M&S coms campaigns (Quality, Innovation, Safety…), internal events, quarterly townhalls. Provide support in liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, collect inputs and coordinate the deployment of coms campaigns. Be involved in the design and implementation of the Site visitor journey project with the M&S communications network. Be involved in the day-to-day management of global communications at M&S, including collecting data, editing content, creating assets and reports. About You Pursuing a degree in Communications or Journalism. A first professional experience in communications or marketing. Strong editorial skills in English and French. Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.), including videos. Demonstrated project management skills would be a plus.
