Job summary

Opella is seeking an intern Communications Assistant to join the Global Manufacturing & Supply community. You will help build editorial and digital communications strategies for our industrial network and play a key role in shaping the Opella story.

Reporting to the Manufacturing & Supply Communications Lead, you will work with Corporate Communications and the Site Communications relays to support content for our social media channels and intranet.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Communications or Journalism.
• First professional experience in communications or marketing.
• Strong editorial skills in English and French.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Canva).
• Demonstrated project management skills would be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creating the editorial content for our social media channels (Yammer, LinkedIn), monthly newsletter and intranet.
• Create and edit video and graphic content for the M&S coms campaigns (Quality, Innovation, Safety…), internal events, quarterly townhalls.
• Provide support in liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, collect inputs and coordinate the deployment of coms campaigns.
• Be involved in the design and implementation of the Site visitor journey project with the M&S communications network.
• Be involved in the day-to-day management of global communications at M&S, including collecting data, editing content, creating assets and reports.

Reporting to the Manufacturing & Supply Communications Lead, you will partner with internal stakeholders, including the Corporate Communications team and the Site Communications relays, to support the content creation for our social media channels and intranet. The ideal candidate combines a background in communications with a passion for digital tools and brings strong writing and project management skills.
