• Compensation: €800/month
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 35 hours/week, 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

Your Shoes To Fill

• As a Communications Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Communications team with various activities related to showroom, PR, social media, and events. If you have a passion for footwear, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, this is an excellent opportunity for you to gain valuable experience.
• You will be reporting directly to the 1774 Head of Global Communications, Collaborations and Special Projects.
• Assist the Communications team in the daily management of the showroom, including the timely sending out and return of samples for editorial shoots.
• Coordinate the messenger service to ensure seamless delivery and pick-up of important items, maintain regular communication with the headquarters team to track the delivery of press sample sets, and handle requests for imagery, credits, and lookbooks from PR agencies, editors, and stylists, providing them with prompt and accurate information.
• Support the Communications team in the planning and execution of press days and events, ensuring their smooth operation.
• Monitor media coverage across print, digital, and social media channels, collating relevant information for analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports for headquarters, summarizing PR, events, and social media activities and results.
• Maintain the showroom in an organized and presentable manner, ensuring it is always ready for appointments and meetings.
• Conduct research and document ideas for internal and external events and projects, contributing to the team's creative initiative.

• Languages: Fluent in English and proficient in French.

• Physical capability to lift and carry samples/boxes for courier logistics.
• Eligible to work in France, with all necessary documentation.

• Previous experience in PR and communications, either in-house or within an agency setting.
