The opportunity :

J oin a dynamic company asCommunication Lead – France . You will be responsible for both internal and external communication, directly aligned with the strategic priorities of the Group and the country. This key role will allow you to lead high-impact projects, strengthen brand awareness in the French market, and actively contribute to the employer branding strategy. You will thrive in a stimulating, collaborative, and constantly evolving environment.

How You can make an Impact:

Orchestrate the local communication plan by launching innovative, engaging campaigns and content aligned with Group objectives

Ensure consistency of communication across Europe by adapting global messages to the local context, including Marketing & Sales topics

Bring the employer branding strategy to life by showcasing the employee experience and enhancing the company’s attractiveness

Act as a strategic partner to management, offering expertise in media relations, institutional communication, and crisis communication

Measure the effectiveness of your actions to maximize impact and ROI

Your background:

Fluent in both French and English

Passionate about communication, with solid experience in internal and external communication, ideally in an international setting

Proficient in communication tools and channels (DTP, digital, print, events) and capable of creating impactful written and visual content

Comfortable in a cross-functional role, interacting with various internal and external stakeholders

Rigorous, creative, autonomous, with excellent analytical and rephrasing skills
