Description du poste

Would you like to have a 360 Communication role where you will have an impact on various topics? Would you be interested in working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders? Are you interested in working in a global environment? Join our Communication Team in France and help us shape the future of the pharmaceutical industry!

The Position

In a context of expansion and launch of new products, you will support our Head of Communication on various topics. Your scope will include 70% of topics linked to internal communication and 30% of partnerships and corporate branding. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with corporate goals, managing internal communication platforms to ensure timely and relevant updates.
  • Foster employee engagement and cultural alignment through inspiring and informative content tailored to both office-based and field employees.
  • Support and propose new ideas for partnerships (KOLs, media, institutions) and create materials (speeches) for events.
  • Develop and implement corporate brand communication assets aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Medical, Sales) to ensure consistent messaging and support strategic organizational goals.
  • Measure communication effectiveness by analyzing engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve internal communications.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Public Affairs, or Corporate Affairs.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a role with strategic communication responsibilities in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a network of KOLs and media institutions.
  • You have a strategic vision of communication, are innovative, and think out of the box.
  • You are fluent in French and English (both oral and written).
  • You have strong relationship-building skills, are able to work cross-functionally, and are a team player.
About the Department

You will join our Corporate Affairs Department, responsible for Strategy & CETA communication & CSR. You will be part of a team of four, reporting to our Head of Communication, working cross-functionally with various departments and external stakeholders.
