How you’ll live your ambition :

Asthe Communication and PR Manager for France , you’ll lead the local execution of Costa’s corporate communication strategy, becoming the voice of the brand in the market. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners (including Communication, Media Relations, Public Affairs, Commercial, and PR) to ensure every message reflects our values and resonates locally, shaping how Costa is perceived by media, institutions and the public while supporting key business initiatives.

  • You’ll build and execute a local communication plan aligned with corporate guidelines, while bringing in valuable market-specific insights.
  • You’ll manage the local PR agency as a strategic partner, coordinate media relations, and engage with journalists and industry professionals to amplify Costa’s voice.
  • You’ll support events, interviews, press releases, and conferences, ensuring every opportunity strengthens our reputation.
  • You’ll also promote our brand culture internally, working closely with leaders to inspire employees and foster a sense of belonging.

Get things right

  • You’ll ensure consistency between global messaging and local narratives, adapting content to meet the needs of the French market.
  • You’ll monitor KPIs, prepare reporting materials, and manage communication workflows with clarity and agility.
  • You’ll support the Country General Manager and Sales Director as spokespersons, crafting compelling storytelling for public appearances.
  • You'll navigate the intricacies of local regulations and cultural dynamics, adapting our communication approach effectively.

What makes you unique :

  • You’ll bring at least 8 years of experience in corporate communications or PR, ideally within multinational companies or agencies, supported by a Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Your fluency in French and English is a must-have, enabling you to excel in written and oral communication.
  • You’ll be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of managing complexity with autonomy and flexibility.
  • You’ll be passionate about transparency, sustainability, and diversity, and you’ll thrive in collaborative environments where your voice can make a difference.
  • You’ll also be confident using Office 365 tools to support your work.
