Lincoln Electric recherche un technicien de service sur site en France pour assurer le suivi après-vente des équipements chez nos clients. Vous effectuerez démarrages, dépannages et maintenances préventives dans le cadre des contrats en vigueur.

Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes administratives, le bureau d'études et les ventes, et vous transmettrez les informations techniques aux départements concernés pour améliorer les performances des machines et la satisfaction client.

Qualifications

• Diplôme Bac+2 en génie électrique ou maintenance.
• Expérience avec le personnel administratif, le bureau d'études et les ventes.
• Connaissances des techniques de soudage et de coupe.
• Connaissance de Visual Planning.
• Compétences analytiques et sens du service client.
• Autonomie et organisation.

Responsabilités

• Assurer le démarrage et le dépannage des équipements clients.
• Rédiger des rapports d’intervention et les archiver dans Visual Planning.
• Assurer le service client et le support technique.
• Participer à la maintenance préventive selon les contrats.
• Transmettre les informations techniques aux départements concernés.

Job Responsibilities

General mission: Go to customers' homes to ensure after-sales service according to the defined schedule. To give feedback on your mission for customer follow-up. He/she works with his personal safety equipment. He/she collaborates with the other departments of the company.

• Technique
• Ensure the start-up and troubleshooting of equipment for customers
• Produce field service reports and archive them in Visual Planning
• Customer Service
• Provide support to customers on the use and operation of automatic machines, using a combination of a set of troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintenance contract
• Perform preventive maintenance as provided for in Lincoln Electric's contracts with customers
• Communication
• Escalate information to your superiors on customer services, in order to improve the operation and profitability of the machines (maintenance, assistance, audits, training, etc.)
• Transmit technical information to the various departments concerned

Job Requirements

Diplomas: Bac+2 in electrical engineering or maintenance

Professional experience: must know how to work with administrative staff, the design office and sales

Technical Know-how:

• Knowledge of welding/cutting techniques
• Knowledge of Visual Planning
