Your key responsibilities

In this role, you'll assist the Chef de Rang and Head Waiter in delivering flawless service to our discerning guests, ensuring a world-class dining experience. Working with our expert team, led by Restaurant Director Ben Matthews, you'll thrive in a high-pressure fine dining environment. You'll be eager to learn, adaptable, and present a warm first impression while maintaining discreet, high standards of service.
