Job summary

Nikki Beach Hospitality Group in Cannes, France is seeking a Restaurant Commis / Runner to support the service by preparing, delivering, and resetting all elements needed for a smooth guest experience. You rotate between food running, drinks running, floor support, and expediting to help maintain fast service, cleanliness, and flow.

This is an entry-level role with a clear path to grow within the Nikki Beach service team, offering exposure to luxury hospitality, teamwork, and high guest

Responsibilities

• Rotate between food, drink, and floor runner duties.
• Support waiters in all service sections.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly, accurately, and safely.
• Clear and reset tables, beds, and guest areas.
• Set tables with linens, glassware, cutlery, and centerpieces.
• Prepare and fold napkins and cutlery roll-ups.
• Polish and restock glassware and silverware.
• Maintain clean and organized back and side stations.
• Refill condiments, oils, and seasonings.
• Assist the kitchen with communication and food delivery.
• Monitor guest needs and respond to requests when necessary.
• Respect safety, hygiene, and property care standards.
• Stay calm and efficient during busy service hours.
• Follow Nikki Beach service flow and etiquette at all times.
• Work closely with all team members to deliver a seamless experience.
