Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe features 55 spacious accommodations, including 14 suites, and is set to reopen in December 2019 after renovation. Our seasonal operations run from December 15 to April 15 and from June 14 to September 30.

About the role:

The Commis de Rang assists the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience that meets Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Responsibilities include clearing tables, resetting them neatly and promptly according to specifications.

What you will do:

  • Transport dishes, trays, and glassware from the kitchen and service stations during all periods of service, including cleaning and clearing.
  • Carry trays correctly, clear, and straighten tables.
  • Know the menu and Chef's suggestions.
  • Clear and store linen, china, silverware, glassware, drinks, and food carefully in designated areas.
  • Adapt to high activity situations and customer relationship management as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • You must possess the legal right to work in France and be fluent in French and English.
