About the role:
The Commis de Rang assists the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience according to Four Seasons standards of excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Responsibilities include clearing tables, resetting them, transporting dishes, and knowledge of the menu and Chef's suggestions. The role requires adaptability to high activity levels and customer management.
