About the role:

Assist in the preparation, production, and duties of the Culinary Section as assigned by the Executive Chef. Support the Chef De Partie, Junior Sous Chef, Chef, and Sous Chef in culinary-related events and operations.

What you will do:
  1. Carry out and ensure the preparation of your section under supervision.
  2. Maintain a clean and tidy workstation at all times.
  3. Follow health and safety rules, wear appropriate safety equipment.
  4. Unpack, track traceability (labels), and store merchandise properly.

Note: The list of tasks is not exhaustive and may adapt to high activity situations and customer management needs.

  • You must possess the legal right to work in France and be fluent in French and English.
