About the role:

To assist in the preparation, production, duties, and responsibilities of the Culinary Section as assigned by the Executive Chef. Provide full support to the Chef De Partie, Junior Sous Chef, Chef, and Sous Chef when needed for other culinary events in the hotel.

What you will do:

  1. Carry out and ensure the preparation of your section under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef de Partie.
  2. Keep workstation clean and tidy at all times.
  3. Respect, follow, and control health and safety rules, and wear appropriate safety equipment.
  4. Unpack, keep track of traceability (labels), and put away merchandise.
  5. The list of tasks is not exhaustive, as your role requires adaptation to high activity situations and customer relationship management.

What we are looking for:

  • You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and be fluent in French and English.
