iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a France Sales Director - Remote and/or Onsite.

Role Commitments
  1. Deliver the FY revenue for the area.
  2. Identify and target new customers in the territory.
  3. Complete detailed customer profiles and plans.
  4. Understand the dealer/distribution network and work with them to meet overall sales objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Work with new and existing distribution partners to create a strategic plan to grow the Freemotion business in France.
  2. Achieve operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining global sales system improvements; implementing change.
  3. Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures.
  4. Identify new product opportunities, survey consumer needs and trends, and track competitors to recommend product lines, packaging, and service changes.
  5. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
  6. Complete detailed customer profiles and plans.
  7. Acquire a detailed understanding of Freemotion products and their benefits to end users.
  8. Understand the key facility enhancements our products provide to improve member experience.
  9. Prepare and present sales proposals to key customers, including price quotations, credit terms, delivery, service, and options.
Education and/or Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales within the same area.

4-year university degree.

Strong written and communication skills.
