We are seeking a Transversal Commercial Project Officer to play a key role in driving business and cross-functional projects within the Puig Derma division. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will work closely with the sales teams and coordinate collaboration across departments to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiencies in delivering commercial projects. Contribute to existing process enhancements and develop playbooks or procedures.
  • Cross-functional Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects across business units, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication among sales, legal, finance, operations, and marketing teams. Manage market protection projects.
  • Commercial Project Management: Integrate commercial strategies into project planning, gather commercial conditions, draft retro planning, and propose effective commercial roadmaps. Support business transformation initiatives and facilitate the Derma Business Practices communities, such as 'Best Of Business'.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of commercial strategies, preferably gained in the dermo-cosmetic industry or pharmacy sales experience.
  • Effective communication skills across departments to align objectives and drive success.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial project management or related roles (sales, business coordination).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
